Attendance and Cancellation Policy

Private Lessons

Cancellations and changes to scheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. If a lesson is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the original lesson, the account will be charged and the teacher will be paid for their time.

If more than 3 lessons are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed during an 8 week period, the account will be charged fully for any lessons cancelled or missed during the remainder of the 8 week period, regardless of notice given.

If ADEPT or your teacher cancels a private lesson, we will skip over that week’s lesson and resume the following week. You will not be charged for the skipped lesson.

Students arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the instructor. 

We understand that there are times when advance notice is not possible, and we are willing to work with those who are faced with circumstances beyond their control (natural disasters, sudden emergencies, pandemics, etc.) Exceptions are made at the discretion of the ADEPT and it’s staff.
